Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children3 years agoA. Baby diapering is very important where specific precautions are necessary. Baby skin is very tender and soft specially in the genital area where frequent urination and motion may be a increase risk factors for bacterial infection . you need to change the diaper frequently in such condition to avoid prolonged contact and friction which can cause rash . A regular mousturisation with a petrolium jellry or a diaper rash cream is required . try to use disposable diapers as they are better absorbent than cloth one. Dont use dicapers all the time for 24 hrs. keep some diaper free interval .

It Could be due to some infection in that area are you should immediately get a check with your paediatrician ones because the doctor has to assess the area personally and according to that we can come to know and sometimes it could be due to severe diaper rashes as well
