my kid has phlegm cough and nose congested please suggest medicine

Wikoryl you can give to the child for cold if the nose is blocked and all and then you can give steam to the child indirectly 3 to 4 times in the day for cough you can give ginger juice and honey to the child with a pinch of black pepper 3 to 4 times in the day which would be very good
