my kid has bad reflux issues after every feed she use to spit up even after burping and sometime after 1hour also if I lay down her on her she is 2 and half month old and along with breastfeeding giving formula milk (similac plus) and pls guide how much I need feed

Prefer only breast feeding if you have enough milk flow as it us best fir the baby and as a breast feeding mom avoid gassy abd too heavy to digest foods continue burping apply little hing paste around navel and if your milk flow is less then start raking sharavati capsules from Himalaya twice a day
