my kid has adenoids grade 4 and tonsils grade 3. without surgery can cure it. is there any chances for that

A. Honestly the grades are really very high it is better to go for a surgery the surgeries are very normal to be done and actually helps in better growth of the child because this is a huge problem which also creates a hurdle in the physical growth of the child
