Q.

My kid had a fever last night and woke up in middle of the night with stomach ache I put on the toll on and hung and he slept after sometime today he is having slight motion ma with stomach ache with farting

A. Maybe your child is having genuine stomach infection only which is why these problems at a caring with each and others they are like in a combination when they happen that mostly the note some kind of an infection only so please consult your paediatrician regarding this
