my kid got lice in hair how to clean which is tear free shampoo avlb at medical store?

Medilice it’s supposed to be really very good you can read the instructions on the packet and you can follow it is completely safe for you to use it and most of the shampoo are going to have chemical so they are not free for sure but you have to take all the precautions when you are using it for a child
