Hello ma’am Till the time your child does not get hot massively or blood doesn’t come out or anything like that I don’t think so if there is anything to be worried about because you know it’s a part of their growth kids really fall every now and then and that’s how they grow and that’s how to become strong I believe so don’t worry about it
