my kid age 4 y she has dengue to day 8 th day platelets down 95000 and increase slowly to day she has 110000 why her platelets r not increasing fastly why is it any problem

Additionally, the virus can cause increased destruction of platelets in the bloodstream. The immune response triggered by dengue infection can also contribute to the drop in platelet levels.
