My kid 6 year old and having 102 fever which medcn should i give crocin ds or ibugesic plus?

A. Crocin ds any day that is much better to be given the other medicine is given extremely high fever cases when only it is recommended by the paediatric eon otherwise if you continue to give it it can lead to reducing reducing the platelet count so please stick to the regular medication
