Q.
My kid 5 yr 10 months old is vomiting after having food. It happened 2 days back and after medication, he was fine yesterday but today again in the night after food he vomited. Border line fever.. is it concerning?

Sometimes you do congestion into the chest or throat also vomiting and happened but if the fever is happening along with vomiting there may be a possibility of indigestion or sometimes it could be due to stomach related issues or over feeding and fever can be due to infection as well so I would recommend you to give medicine for fever and vomiting as of now but you should consult your doctor for sure tomorrow
