Q.

My kid 5 years and 6 months old,his weight is 18 kg and height is 113 cm ..he eats less according to his age and also doesn't eats himself.Sometimes he seems lethargic also and looks lean and thin.Should I give him any supplement for growth and to increase his appetite and stamina?

A. you can give vitamin supplements to increase appetite and stamina.. you can give homeopathy medicine , alfalfa tonic.. you can give zincovit or syrup A to Z consulting your pediatric.. add potato sweet potato ragi dalia banana eggs dry fruit as cashew almonds walnut in paste or powdered form ghee butter cheese in moderate amount for weight gain.. if the baby is low energy dull give ORS
