my kid 4 yrs old, complaining about stomach ache and then passing loose gassy motion. also has fever. please suggest. she is a frequent thumb sucker also.

A. hello it may be due to stomach infecrion. so use syp zinc 5ml once a day for 2 week and also give ors and other liquids to the baby so that hydration remains good.
