my kid 18 months old, suffering with severe fever and cough from last 7 days. consulted pediatrician also. but no reduction in fever and cough. Because of cough ,not eating food and taking proper sleep.he became sick/weak. please suggest remedy steps.

A. When you give the medicine make sure that you always introduce a multivitamin on the side because that helps in containing the appetite and hunger of the child so you can definitely start with it and try to give more fluid based to the child
