My is baby is 6 month old from last two days he is spitting every feed after the burp and also not passing motion too. what could be the reason.

A. Hello, your baby boy is 6 months old and he is vomitng after every feeding and that’s the cause of his not having potty so give her syrup ondem 3 ml three times a day before feeding and lanzol junior sachets twice before feeding
