my is 3 month old , Due to my low lactation , I started nestum rice little watery consistency , she is suffering from constipation not only now by new born itself she is suffering from it ,not going stool daily from before I started solid .

the child is crying due to colic pain (due to gas) and not due to the reason that the child has not passed the stool.
infants may not pass stool for 10 days also and if the consistency of the stool is semi solid to solidx it is not constipation. you can consider constipation only if it is hard and dry stools.
you can give anticolic medicines and meet your doctor.
burping / upright position for 20 minutes will help in decreasing thex gas and future colic pain
