Start Doing Thande Paani ki patti immediately and ask your doctor if you can give a cold shower to your husband because that also brings out the fever down immediately this is one of the oldest technique I know but before doing anything you’ll have to consult your paediatrician but Thande Paani ki patti is the safest option to go for and that to behind the knees
