Hello Mom, You are considered to have a low sperm count if you have fewer than 15 million sperm per mililiter or less than 39 million sperm count total per ejaculate. Your chance of getting your partner decreases with decreasing sperm counts. I would suggest you to consult with the doctor for proper advice in this case.
