Q.

my husband have minor thalesemia.. he doesn't take blood. I have no thalesemia. but my son have minor thalesemia can my son take blood.. it normal

A. In majority of the cases, minor thalassemia will not require any blood transfusion and they will have a regular lifestyle, but it is ideal that you get yourself checked as well for sure if you’re having any minor trait and in the future whenever your baby is getting married you have to make sure that the woman is checked as well, because if she is also a carrier than your grandchild can have major thalassemia
