@ my home - my mom dad & bro - covid positive , me & my toddler (16months old) are - covid negative my pediatric told to give multivitamin syrup & vitamin - D syrup multivitamin - Bevon syrup my bro brought these 3 syrups - unable to understand which syrup should i give him..

otherwise best option is to talk to your paediatrician for proper information about all medications
