A. Hello Weight usually reduces in 1st trimester Now it will gain slowly Just make sure baby is developing normally You can add nutritious foods like Almond, walnuts, dates, egg, anjeer, ghee, peanuts, avocado, fruits in your diet for healthy weight gain

A. Hi.. many women lose weight during the initial 3-4 months of pregnancy due to nausea, insomnia, etc. As far as the baby's weight is fine, there is nothing to worry. I lost 5 kgs during 1st 3 months and started gaining slowly from 4th month onwards. include proteins in your diet in any form - be it in food or you can also have protein powder with milk.

A. Hello dear parent, you should eat good and healthy diet. And weight reduction is not healthy. You should consult with your gynaecologist once. As he would be able to guide you better. Good luck and take care
