Hi.. many women lose weight during the initial 3-4 months of pregnancy due to nausea, insomnia, etc. As far as the baby's weight is fine, there is nothing to worry. I lost 5 kgs during 1st 3 months and started gaining slowly from 4th month onwards. include proteins in your diet in any form - be it in food or you can also have protein powder with milk.
