my hb is 9.4 and am breast feeding mother. feeding can cause low hb? what i do plz suggest

A. hi no but as you are nursing mother,it is very important to take healthy and well blanaced diet. so please take variety of food items from different food groups like vegetables, fruit, nuts, pulses, beans, dairy products etc.
