my hand is paining around wrist area.whenever I move my hand up and down also twist it I will get pain.what might be the reason?

A. Could Be some muscle pain it’s better that you get a check with your doctor ones because when you sleep in the wrong posture also these things can happen so it’s better that you go ahead with the consultation with your doctor ones for that
