My hairs turns one sided white after 8 months postpartum what should i do? How can i fix it?

A. You should eat iron rich foods and also have good protein in your diet and are you using any doecific hair care products if yes then check whether it suits or not. Any use coconut oil infused with black sesame seeds amla and curry leaves

Aww don’t stress, this happens! 💕 Around 8 months postpartum, hormone shifts and low vitamins can make hair follicles in one spot temporarily lose their color. ​Just get your doctor to test your B12, Iron, Vitamin D, and Thyroid. If it’s a vitamin drop, fixing that often helps your natural color come back as it grows! ​In the meantime, stick to your postnatal vitamins, go easy on that spot, and use a quick root spray if you want to cover it up. Big hugs to you and baby! 🤗
