Q.

My gynaecologist has prescribed supracal ( calcium supplement) till the tym I breastfeed. I take this tablet with milk usually after two hours of dinner . Is this the right time to take or should I take during day time . Also tell what other supplement should I include???

A. you can take any time this calcium supplementation but just keep in mind if you are taking some iron preparation then they should not be taken simultaneously because it hampers the absorption of each other and you should also take iron supplementation to consult a gynecologist for that

A. yes dear.. definitely you can take calcium tablet in night.. also you have to proper care of diet.. Fruits and veggies are a nutritious, low-fat source of calories, vitamins, minerals, and fiber. Make an effort to eat vitamin A-rich produce often, such as carrots, spinach, sweet potatoes, and cantaloupe. Three servings of milk or other dairy products are suggested for breastfeeding women
