A. hello, By the time children turn one, their body can digest almost everything adults eat. Give all family food in soft and roughly mashed form. Food should be less spicy and sweet. By 1 year, baby should be taking 3 meals + 1 or 2 snacks. Babies need good fats like ghee, unsalted butter, coconut, etc. Normal cooking oil whichever the family uses can also be used. Limit the milk intake to maximum 16 ounces ( Try to give with cup)so that baby has enough room for solids. Don’t give liquids like milk or juices before meal time.

A. Hi mom Give three proper meals in a day and two snacks in between to ur baby. Milk should be given around 400-500 ml in a day. Give finger food as self feeding encourages eating. Give food in colourful and attractive plates. U can buy #Babyhug feeding bowls and spoon that are attractive and colourful. Make eating fun.
