I can understand my daughter is 2.5 years she was also like that before try to bring something in kid routine.1)no sleep after 4pm.2)let baby have good physical activity after 4pm.3) baby stomach has to be full.other than solids try giving milk or some poridge any healthy food baby likes 4)no screen time after sun set.5)keep on telling baby the whole day that she has to sleep once the sun goes(sun set) .6) when baby goes to room make the whole house dark for somedays .let the mom sing a song or sing rhymes or reading a book(very dim light) anything baby likes intially it might be a big task but within a month baby will be regularised

the first give her supplements as suggested by your doctor
take sunbathing daily with her head and ears covered in the morning
use simply purified water having tds higher than 350
gve her soups and probiotics
