My grand daughter two months old rashes in her neck. Is it normal?

Lovleena MishraMom of 2 children4 years agoA. Are those heat rashes? What kind of rashes are those? Are those rashes itchy? Please maintain proper hygiene. Dip the cloth in cold water and keep wiping the skin under the folds of neck from time to time. Cold ice compresses can help. Do not put the ice directly on the skin. Cover the ice in a cloth and then apply on the rash affected areas. Cucumber slices can also help to heal these rashes.
