Jasmine Shiny DsouzaMom of a 7 yr 9 m old boy6 years agoA. hi Mom, red spots on the body might be because of some infection. just check whether its spreading, if it's fitting please consult the dermatologist for pediatrician. sometimes there will be small mild pimples over the body which will not be of much concern
