Q.

my got rashes on his body and in mouth too .. after 3days he got fever .. now he is vomiting even water .. what food should be feed him and I can control vomtings .. plz suggest

A. Please Consult your paediatrician immediately because if your child has got blisters or ashes inside the mouth also then I think there is much heat into the body of your child to be you know holding well by the body itself it would be important for you to consult your paediatrician
