my girl spit milk alot and have colic problem what should I do?

Bonnisan five drops can be given to the child maximum four times in the day if needed this is going to help me reducing down the stomach pain and spit up and all is completely normal in this age that is probably because of stomach reflex issues which is very common for small kids
