Q.

my girl is suffering from diarrhoea so I have given bifilac syrup. now it stopped. so may I know for how many days we need to give bifilac syrup .pls let me know

A. Loose motion are most of the time infective where it is associated with fever and vomiting and its known as gastroenteritis where symptomatic treatment aloyng with management for dehydration is required if loose motions are associated with foul usmell mucous high grade fever than it could be bacterial infection which needs anhtibiotics treatment

A. Any basic medicine can be given for a maximum of three days without you don’t recommend you to give any medicine so you can give it for three days after that of the problem is alright that’s very very good and if not then please consult your doctor one time
