my girl is 6 years old and is having fever temperature between 100-101 i the evening from past 4 days.. day time she is completely fine.. the temp starts spiking after 6 pm

A. If it is happening continuously there can be a sign of viral associated with that in this case I would highly recommend you to kindly get your child checked by the doctors whether they cannot give you the right advice as per the situation that is there
