My girl is 3 yrs old and i saw white discharge out. Is it normal or i should consult the doctor?

if there is more of frequent discharge, then you should once consult with your doctor

use Babyhug wet wipes to clean at regular intervals..
maintain hygiene
use warm.water add pinch of salt and then use to clean
