Q.

My girl is 3 years 2 months and weighs around 16.3 kgs. She used to have around 550-600 ml of milk daily, but now it has reduced to around 200 ml per day and I am worried if it would affect her weight. Please recommend which health drink would be better for her age, Horlicks or Pediasure?

A. Ideal weight of a 3.2 years old girl should be between 14 to 14.5 kgs depending on eating habits and physical activities. Your baby's weight perfectly fine and if does not show interest in drinking milk, try to feed products made from it like paneer, oats with nuts, curd, buttermilk, porridge, Dalia, leaves windy fruits, custard, etc. to fulfill daily intake of calcium.
