My girl is 2 years and 3 months old. She has no symptoms of cough and fever. She has a hoarse voice since two three days and I feel mild congestion. I am giving her Atarax syrup 3.5ml and asthalin syrup once a day. Is that okay or will she need an antibiotic if mild fever persists?

kindly continue the medicine given by your doctor and take a follow up after 3 days of starting medicine.
follow up is also required because the doctor will tell you whether you have to continue the same medicines or there will be changed in the medicines .
