my girl is 2 year old and she says mumma and papa only. i have seen similar age kids communicating properly with small small words.

ExpertDr Priyanka KalraObstetrician and Gynaecologist3 years agoA. try. in kids as they grow, they learn at a speed. which can vary. avoid gadgets n do not force. then ficus on healthy foods and habits. all this help a lot. ok.

POOJA KOTHARIMom of a 8 yr 10 m old boy3 years agoA. Don't' pretend to understand but rather ask your child to “show you” what he/she wants. Use contextual and environmental cues as well as facial expressions and intontation to help you to figure out your child's message. Promote good hearing. Good hearing is essential for the development of normal articulation.
