my girl getting stomach pain and vomiting from 6 months. doctor did all tests all tests are normal ct scan barium test and abdomen scan also.what will be the reason

A. Stomach pain in children is a common complaint seen frequently. There could be many reasons for this .it can be functional or due to some pathology which needs to be yruled out. Common causes are constipation guaseous discomfort worm infestation gastritis gastroenteritis or some chronic infection . Syp cyclopam 5 ml can be given sos for stomach pain and consult your doctor for proper examintation to rule out the cause .
