My girl child was 18months old .plz suggest cough medicine for dry cough

RashmiMom of a 11 yr old girl3 months agoA. Brozeet for dry cough you can give to the child and that is going to be helpful you can give it three times in the day for 3 to 5 days if you do not see your child getting better than that I would recommend you to consult your doctor once
