my girl baby is 3 years 11 month old.... my baby often gng motion.. she tell urine gng ma... then she will tell. no mummy motion.. one day she gng 5 to 6 time motion.. she is active.... I got fear then I gve worms bandy.... then also she is gng motion 5 to 6 times... normal contentisy only no loose motion.... then she will tell mummy stomach pin nu..then I will check no mummy tell and she will pay.. is any big issues plz tell me
