My frist day of LMP jan24.... Today 23rd day... i am trying to conceive..... today i noticed small amount of colostrum on my both nipples... i squeezed it and a little bit colostrum came out... could this be a sign of pregnancy...?!

Only reliable method to confirm pregnancy is to use the home test kit for pregnancy.
It gives you almost accurate results if used after some.days of pregnancy.
