my friends baby spit up after taking polio dose. is it fine or should she have to consult with the pediatric? can she give another polio dose again today.?

No need to repeat dose Don't worry Pulse Polio is an immunisation campaign established by the government of India to eliminate infection by polio virus in India by vaccinating all children under the age of 5 years against the polio viruses. Even though ur baby got vaccination as per immunization shedulde then also need to give this polio drops to attain additional protection from polio infection. Every child under 5yrs of age should be get this polio drops on 10 th march 2019 Go and get it done

Vritika AroraMom of a 9 yr 4 m old boy7 years agoA. the doctors recommends that it takes 15 mins for the baby to digest the medicine and if the baby vomits 15 mins after giving medication then there is no need to give medication again. but still regarding polio drops you can consult the doctor or the nurse who are giving drops today.
