Q.
my friend has a baby boy of one month old... she is unable to breastfeeding her baby and can't afford costly formula milk powder... can she give amul cow milk to her baby??

ExpertDr Priyanka KalraObstetrician and Gynaecologist3 years agoA. ask her pediatric. the baby needs a balance diet with protein, carbs, fats abd fibre. no need of fancy foods ok. a lot of brands will be trying to impress you but you try to see your need and cost. thats better always.

Lactogen Is still affordable it is not a very expensive brand so you can try it under any brand lactogen is the name of the mail which is very easily affordable so used friend can try for that see I completely understand the issue that your friend may be going through but cows milk is not recommended before the age of one year and Amul tone pasteurised milk can be given to the child but only after completing the age of six months
