my four months old baby is doing retch sound like he is not gonna vomit but not vomiting,ly sound he makes. wat to do ,pls help

A. Hello, your baby boy is 4 months old and he use to give retch sounds but not vomitng so give him proper burp and 12 drops of domstal before milk
