My four and half year boy is not having food at all but he is doing normal activities shall I worry or consult physician

A. That’s good that your child is active but yes it’s not healthy that your child is not eating anything so it would be good for you to once get it examined with your doctor to know and understand what is the reason and accordingly they can give you further guidance on the situation that’s there
