ExpertDr. Minal AcharyaNutritionist4 years agoA. Dear mum, baby’s health condition has nothing to do with the food that you eat. As a breastfeeding mother what you eat does not affect your baby digestion or cause gas to your baby. There is no restriction for healthy food.
