my five years old girl have frequent urination. urine culture result is e.coli growth positive.. doctor give antibiotics ... im worried.. is it serious

A. It’s basically an infection only so it can be treated well with antibiotics don’t worry about it it can very well be taken under control if you are scared about your situation or have any kind of doubt about it kindly consult your doctor for further clarity
