my elder son is 10 years old. having dry cough and 100F fever. which medicine and dose shall I use?

A. do give syp Or tablet paracetamol for fever in proper dose according weight of ur child. You can also make a paste by mixing small quantity of basil leaves, ginger and honey. Mix well and give 1 tea spoon thrice a day.
