Uma RamMom of a 7 yr old boy10 months agoA. Hello good morning !!! Observe his taste if he is having all sweet taste consuming sugar in every meal then he has habituated.
Avoid this habit by giving snacks,healthy foods bit salty like murmure,poha,corn flakes ,makhana frying with bit butter...
Namkeen chips (home made one),fruits with natural sweetness.
Co eating with family,kids will get interest and he can imitate how elders eat with sabji,sides,saladss.,roti/rice....
If he avoids to take food without sugar leave for 1-2 hours gradually he will have due to hunger dont take me wrong saying with personal experience .
Giiving sugar regularly develops worms,reduce hunger...
