Q.

My elder daughter is 2 years and still she is just eating roti and rice. her weight is also 10 kgs. I have tried adding veggies in her roti and rice but she is not eating anything no fruits also. Pl guide how can I match her nutrition values and make her eat healthy.

A. Dear mom. Her weight is ok. Fruit n veggeies are imporant to get richt vitamins n minetals.. So encourge her to have it. Keep offeri g to make her habit n liking
