my dougther is 4month 21 days old and she is suffering from coughing & nausea. I give her medicine as per attached herewith. but not relief 😌 then we do.

A. if the baby is 4 months old with some cough and cold it is better to consult your doctor before giving any medicine for now you can give steam inhalation indirectly to the child
